Founder & Head Coach Todd Kuslikis, MMT, MPA

Coach Todd received his initial training in health at the Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He advanced through their 600 and 1200 hour programs and started a successful medical manual therapy practice treating patients with a holistic approach including manual manipulation, exercise and stretching rehabilitation, nutrition, herbal medicine and acupuncture.

He went on to study Nursing at Western Michigan University and received his Masters degree in Public Administration with a focus on public health and non-profit management from Grand Valley State University. Todd’s passion for helping people led him to become the Closed Head & Spinal Cord Injury Program Director at Health Care Associates & Community Caregivers. During this time, the desire to reach a greater audience with the critical, preventive health information he learned led him to start A Shot of Adrenaline, one of the largest bodyweight exercise resources online and soon after, Feel Good Life, a resource helping people 50+ eliminate joint pain using natural techniques.

Fun Fact: Todd and his wife Allison now travel full time in a large 41ft 5th wheel RV with their 4 precious kids (age 7 and under).  Allison shares more of their adventures on Instagram.

Feel Good Life Manifesto

A good lifer is that courageous person inside anyone 50+ that believes age is not a number, it is a feeling. Life is not a series of years stacked up but a series of experiences that have brought fulfillment to their life. Retirement is an opportunity to feel more, to be more, to enjoy more.

A good lifer is pain-free, full of spirit and smiles for no reason at all. S/he values the body they were given like a treasure and cares for it every day.

A good lifer is independent and strong.

A good lifer controls their thoughts and directs them towards positivity, impact and vitality. A good lifer does not complain about a situation but chooses to take responsibility for what they can control.

A good lifer realizes the wisdom they have gained over the years holds tremendous value for generations to come and desires to pass on this wisdom.

A good lifer still has much they want to accomplish, people they want to impact and love they want to share.

I AM A GOOD LIFER.
